Frequently Asked Questions

1. What size is the Vertura Batting Cage?
The Vertura Batting Cage measures 22 ft (L) × 12 ft (W) × 8 ft (H) — giving you the freedom for full, unrestricted swings. It’s built for athletes who train with intent, not hesitation.
2. Can I use a pitching machine or train solo?
Absolutely. The cage features a 3.3 ft × 1.6 ft pitching opening, perfect for a pitching machine or live pitcher. The detachable front door keeps your training fluid — no chasing balls, no downtime.
3. What materials is the cage made from?
Every component is engineered for performance: 3 ply Oxford netting that absorbs impact without tearing; 14 mm fiberglass poles for strength and flexibility; and 16 strand braided ropes and ground stakes for unmatched stability. It’s built to take real hits — again and again.
4. How easy is setup and storage?
Two people can have the cage up in about an hour. When you’re done, it breaks down easily for storage or transport. Whether you’re setting up in your backyard, garage, or at the field — you’re training on your terms.
5. Is it weather resistant and windproof?
Yes. The Vertura design includes reinforced anchoring and tensioned lines for stability in challenging conditions. Wind tested and field ready — your session doesn’t stop when the breeze picks up.
6. Can I use it for sports other than baseball?
Definitely. While it’s designed with baseball in mind, the cage works just as well for softball, cricket drills, or multi sport training. It’s not just a cage — it’s a controlled performance zone.
7. What is the warranty coverage?
Your Vertura Batting Cage is backed by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects on the netting, poles, or stitching. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or severe weather events. To make a claim, contact our team at support@vertura.net with your order number and photos of the issue.
