We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our Vertura Baseball Batting Cage Net. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unused, free of dirt, wear, or damage.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@vertura.net Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear and tear.
- Customized or special-order nets (if applicable) cannot be returned.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or replacement, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@vertura.net
